Loved working with David the salesman. He was very knowledgeable in all the vehicles & helped me to narrow down what I needed in my new vehicle. They were fast with a diagnostic to pin point the seat belt issue. Part is on backorder due to Honda issues of having parts. The SUV is worthless if it doesn’t work. Starting to see a tread I’m not accustomed to SERVICE dept. I shouldn’t know them or their names. 18 years and I don’t know Toyota service department. Maybe I have the wrong SUV.
