Scheduled routine maintenance service by phone. Dropped car and it was ready 20 minutes earlier than the service time estimate. No surprises. Great job.

I was greeted very nicely when I arrived, did not have to wait, but was told to pull my car into the bay. The others who were waiting also had nice things to say. We were all treated respectfully. 03/30/25. My last visit was a duplicate of all the others. I was treated with respect. I met some very nice ladies and had pleasant conversation. The staff was super. The work was done as fast as I could expect. A friend suggested I go somewhere else, but I told them Shottenkirk is the only ones doing my service.
